Mother Knows Best

Updated: Jul 2, 2021

Shouldn't we express gratitude and celebrate Mother's Day all year long? Mom answers the phone every time we call, and is always there when we need her. Words are free, use them wisely, and tell Mom every chance you get how you feel about her from the bottom of your love filled heart on Mother's Day and every day.

Mother knows to teach her children the lessons she has learned in life, and hopes that her children won't make the same mistakes she's made, or seen others make in their lives.

Mother knows that doing anything worthwhile takes time. Like nurturing a garden, Mom tries to teach patience to a youngster who can't wait to grow up. That may seem an impossible task.

Mother knows her children will discover new abilities and adventures as they grow through life. Mother knows it is okay to make mistakes while exploring these new abilities and adventures. She knows making mistakes is all part of life and learning life's lessons.

Mother knows repeating bad behavior is not learning from mistakes, or standing by your heartfelt goals and ambitions.

Mother knows each child is responsible for their own behavior, and in order for the child to raise their vibration to become the best person they can be, the child needs to listen to her sound advice and learn from the life lessons she has experienced and the lessons her mother has taught her.

Mother knows that giving yourself totally to following your heart's desire is walking in alignment with the mother to us all - Mother Earth.

Mother knows that by cherishing and being grateful for what you have, no matter how big or small, that your true heart is at the center of it all.

Mother knows that by respecting every living being surrounding you, it makes it easier to accept and love everything surrounding you.

Mother knows when you find something you enjoy, it raises your vibration, making you feel better. She also knows that doing something challenging or dreading, also raises your vibration because the end result is a lesson learned.

Mother knows that having faith and trusting in more than just what your eyes see, and what your ears hear, is your path to your enlightenment.

Mother knows the most important garden to tend with integrity is your own heart and soul. Mother shows her integrity through the effortless way she moves through life. Setting a wonderful example of going with the flow of knowledge.

Mother knows that actions speak louder than worlds, and that you are powerless without the belief and faith in something bigger than yourself.

Mother knows that attaining a personal halo comes with self-sacrifice, unconditional love, no judgements, and getting outside yourself by helping others.

Mother knows life is getting the good and bad things out of the way before the day of glory comes. So why complain about life?

In the insect world; cockroaches, Lace Bugs, Bees, Wasps, Earwigs, and Praying Mantis are all excellent mothers.

In the bird world; Prothonotary Warbler, Least Tern, Osprey, and the threatened Florida Scrub Jay, who work as a family unit to care for their young, are all excellent examples of wonderful mothers in the bird world. Please check out this awesome link about the threatened Florida Scrub Jay at, https://vimeo.com/116419065

In the mammalian world; Elephants, Orangutans, Cheetahs, Gorillas, Polar Bears, Whales and Dolphins, are just a few of the wonderful mothers of the mammal world.

This blog is dedicated to all Mothers, from Mother Earth to my Mother.

Happy Mother's Day to Mother Earth, and all Mothers, Grandmothers, Great-Grandmothers, and Great-Great-Grandmothers all over the world. Thank you for all you do unselfishly every moment of every day.

Happy Mother's Day Mom.
